On a diet???
I just realized that one of the hardest things to do is to go on a diet WHILE PREGNANT!!! If you've been pregnant before or you know/knew somebody pregnant, a pregnant woman usually feels hungry every 2-3 hours. A lot of people around a pregnant woman usually feed her whatever she wants and do the things for her so she doesn't have to bend, be stressed, etc. Apparently, my doctor says... I have to go ON A DIET! waaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh! And do 20 minute walk every night. Man! How am I going to do that when it's less than 20 degrees outside and it's so damn windy that with wind chill, the temperature is even lower?! Well... I think I'll just have to walk around the living and dining room. I actually walked with my husband 3 days in a row ... oh... with my dog Shadow, too. We actually had fun... well... more of had a real quality time together, with my dog, my baby and my husband. We talked about different things... work, family, life, baby, house. I'm sure Shadow loves the walk too.
Today, Saturday, my husband and I did a lot of ... SHOPPing... hehehehe.
First, we went to Bed Bath and Beyond to buy some coffee mugs, but then we saw the clearance section so we bought some beddings as well. Then we went to Nathans for lunch. We had hotdogs of course and we tried their burger. Hotdogs were good, burger was alright... I would rather have McDonald's burger. Then we went to H&M and bought a button down shirt for Joe. We went to Motherhood and bought some clothes. Then we went to Babies R Us to register. There were so many people!!! We got a scanner so we can scan the things that we want to add on our registry. Joe had fun with that! Then we went to Costco to buy food and other household stuff... again... there were a lot of people!!! Well, today was a really nice mild day so people were out. We shopped at Costco for an hour. The lines were long, but the cashiers were fast so it was alright. We left the house today around 11am and got home at 7pm. THAT WAS EXERCISE FOR ME. My back hurts right now... so i'm not even going to walk 20 minutes tonight since I walked all throughout the day.
Going back to dieting... I don't know how i'm going to do this, but I'll take it one day at a time. I started last week by eating Salad and fruits for lunch and for snacks. I stopped drinking juices... just drinking water now... sigh...
