Grumpy!

It sucks when the first thing you think about when you leave to go to work is something negative, that it drags throughout the day. You get cranky, you get irritated too fast. You tend to hate everybody. You try to concentrate on your work. But still you’re irritated. What the Hell!!!! Now you have a major headache!
So play a song that makes you feel better. Something that calms you down. If it still doesn’t work, talk to someone. Let it out and tell them why you feel that way… that is if you have time to talk. Keeping it inside is not really healthy. Because if you do… you may drag that negative feeling until the end of the day when it’s time for you to go to sleep… if you can sleep. See… it’s not good for you mentally, physically and emotionally. You’ll get white hairs faster than you want to. What I’m saying is, deal with it and don’t keep it to yourself!
