I just got back from my favorite Thai restaurant, THAI BASIL. We’ve been there probably 4 times in 3 weeks. So they already know our faces when we went there tonight. They were all very nice, and one of the servers there even said “KAMUSTA” and “SALAMAT” even though she’s not Filipino. I like it there, not too big, not too small, the price is just right, and not too many people, and the food is great!
I was reading Donna Guarton’s webpage, talking about what’s going on with her life and her kids. Donna is my former boss’ wife. My boss Roly Guarton died on March 29 on a tragic train accident. So his wife and two kids are going through difficulties. On top of the death of Roly, the youngest has leukemia. So, I can’t really imagine what she’s going through. It so sad.
